Bloom is a website to help maintain young people's wellbeing however we totally recognise the importance of reaching out to professional services - and deeply encourage it. Below are a list of services that can provide you with help. Please remember that you are never alone and that there is always help available.

A free 24 hour crisis support, suicide prevention line and mental health services.

Kids help Line

Kids Helpline is Australia's only free, private and confidential, phone counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25.

E-Headspace

Eheadspace online and telephone service supports young people and their families going through a tough time.

Headspace Centres

Headspace has centres located throughout Australia staffed with people who are trained and ready to help.

Your GP 

Your GP is a great place to start and can assist you or refer you onto the right service for you. You can also work with your doctor to get a Mental Health Plan that assist with cheaper psychologist appointments.

Black Dog Institute
