dream snap chat story

This tool is all about picturing your best possible self, which has been shown to increase levels of happiness and optimism - which is totally g. Optimism is important because it has been proven to increase self-esteem, increase postive moods and make you more resiliant to stressful and negative events.

Essentially this tool is all about you just picturing yourself in the future, imagine what you have achieved and the personal strengths and qualities you have used to get there. It's important to be a bit realistic, I mean I would love to be the next Layne Benchley by the time Im 35, but its not super realistic seeing as I have the coordination of a sleepy 3 year old, however I could picture myself being a beginner surfer on the weekends. Dream big! But dream real. And of course this is Bloom so its a bit dif, this tool will let you bring out your inner Kardashin.
